Neil is joint managing director of principal shareholder New Zealand Wineries Limited, and of its subsidiary, New Zealand Vineyard Estates Limited. Neil is also a director of several private companies, both inside and outside the wine industry. As an Architect for 25 years, who established his own practice in London before moving to Marlborough in 1992, Neil continues to enjoy design and regularly consults back to his former practice. |

Based in Blenheim, Ron is Joint Group Managing Director of New Zealand Wineries Limited and subsidiary companies all with a focus on the wine industry. He is also a director of various property development companies with a national focus. |

Previously employed as General Manager, Dairy Division, Goodman Fielder, Mr. Ngan Kee joined Waipara Hills in July 2006. Prior to his appointment to Goodman Fielder, Mr. Ngan Kee was general manager, Southcorp Wines NZ Limited, and managing director, Interwine (New Zealand distributor for Rosemount Estate, Matua Valley Wines and Taylors Port). During his time in the wine industry, Baden has worked with many iconic New Zealand and international wine brands including Shingle Peak, Penfolds, Lindemans and Pol Roger. Mr Ngan Kee has seven years experience in the wine industry and more than twenty years experience in management, marketing and sales. |
