| Waipara Hills takes Blue-Gold at Sydney International Wine Awards |  |

Christchurch wine producer, Waipara Hills Wine Estate, has for the second year in a row been awarded a blue-gold medal for their distinctive 2003 Riesling at the 2004 Sydney International Wine Show.
Waipara Hills also took the Trophy for 'Champion Aromatic White Wine' for its 2002 Riesling at last years Sydney International Wine Challenge.
Waipara Hill’s Sales and Marketing Manager Ian Blowers commented that” the growing popularity of Riesling in the market was driven by elegant fruit driven styles such as this.”
